Here's a quick guide to help you choose the perfect spring strength:
Weighing below 70 kg: Opt for the XS variant.
Between 70 to 90 kg: The S variant is your best bet.
Weighing between 90 to 105 kg: Choose the M variant for optimal performance.

You can choose to follow the recommended spring strength suggestions or you can purchase the softer (one level below) or harder (one level higher) if you have particular ride feel preferences.

*Not compatible with Tapering seatposts. Please check your seatpost and saddle before ordering.
*It's for round (7mm×7mm) railings and has to be long than 57mm.
*Suggest that the width of the cushion should not exceed 18 cm, and the height should not exceed 7 cm.
*The recommended torque is 5.5, not exceeding 6 Nm (to tighten bolts on both sides)
