WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All products sold by Cycle Taiwan are fully covered by the manufacturers' warranty. If you encounter any problems with your products that you purchase from us please contact us first for an initial assessment: Contact Us
All returning products require a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) issued by Cycle Taiwan prior to being returned. To receive an RMA click here: User Account - Order List
Products can be returned and full refund of the purchase price will be given within 10 days of receipt. The products must be in an unused condition.
Returned product must be declared as "Warranty return" and "No Commercial Value" in order to pass through customs without incurring import duties. In the even that the returned items are incorrectly marked, we reserve the right not to accept them, or to pass the import duties to the sender.
In case of faulty products, warranty service will be performed by the original manufacturer, their distributor or our technicians. Proof of purchase must be provided. Transportation to and from Cycle Taiwan or the manufacturer is the responsibility of the purchaser. Cycle Taiwan will have the option of either repair, or replacement at no charge for the defective product, or repayment of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product. If you elect to repair a defective product yourself, or use the services of someone other than a Cycle Taiwan or the manufacturer, or if you use a replacement part not supplied by Cycle Taiwan or the manufacturer , Cycle Taiwan will not be liable for any damage, failure, or loss caused by the use of such unauthorized service, or parts.
